Fill out our inquiry form and we'll send you a contract. Your date is secured only once we have received BOTH your signed contract and your 50% deposit (via Venmo or Zelle, first-come first-served). When paying, please write your name, the event date, and "Wedding Deposit" (or "Special Event Deposit") as the description.

You can add services later as long as time and artists allow, but you cannot subtract services once your deposit has been received.

We'll send a final invoice before your wedding. If you add services on the day or want to tip your artists, that payment must be made in cash. Please write "Final Payment" plus your name and event date on all payments. If paying by Venmo, do NOT select the goods/services (purchase) option — it charges us a fee.

No, we do not take walk-ins.

Yes! Trials are held at our San Dimas studio (inside Redefined Studio — please choose the San Dimas location on your GPS, not Upland, and use West Arrow Hwy, not East). Sessions last 1–2 hours (up to 2.5) with one-on-one consultation time. Hair & Makeup trial $350 (Hair $180 / Makeup $200); $125 deposit required.

Yes. Travel is $2.50/mile roundtrip from our studio with the first 30 miles free — this covers all artists for your event, not per artist. An early-bird fee applies for starts before 6 AM. Your travel fee is based on your getting-ready address (we'll adjust it on your final invoice once it's finalized). For destination weddings, all travel and accommodations for our team must be covered — email us at info@luonglasting.com for a custom quote.

Your artists arrive a few minutes early to set up. Everyone in your party must be present at the start time — if anyone arrives late, we cannot guarantee their service. Please don't create your own time slots; timing depends on the morning's flow (we may need 10–15 minutes to set hair, and we'll rotate through your party, so it's better to have more girls in the room than fewer).

Please have your photographer arrive 30 minutes after hair and makeup are completed.

Arrive with clean, dry hair — no conditioner the night before, and blow-dried (not tied in a bun or ponytail). Clip-in extensions must be shampoo-washed (no conditioner) and blow-dried; please tell us in advance if anyone is bringing them so we can schedule time.

Arrive with a clean face and your daily moisturizer already applied.

All hair accessories you plan to wear (veils, extensions, clips).

Yes! Bridal hair & makeup touch-up is $300 plus $75/hour from your contracted end time until touch-up time — for example, if we finish at 12pm and you want a touch-up at 4pm, the total is $600 ($300 + $75 x 4 hours). Hair-only or makeup-only touch-up is $200 plus $50/hour. Roundtrip travel applies at $2.50/mile after 30 complimentary miles.
